Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
Duties
Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations. Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies. Load and unload items, ensuring that all goods are handled with care. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times and any issues encountered during transit. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes that may arise. Conduct routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs promptly. Assist in warehouse duties when required, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
Experience
A valid driving licence is required Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
