Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to navigate efficiently while ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle various tasks associated with delivery operations.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations Deliver packages and goods to designated locations in a timely manner Load and unload items, which may involve heavy lifting Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and receipts Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management

Qualifications

Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record; experience driving larger vehicles is advantageous Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential

Pay: 97.68-202.04 per day
