Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate must be committed to customer satisfaction and organized. If successful, you will be responsible for safe and timely customer order delivery. To be successful for this role, you will have excellent communication skills and the able to handle heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

Transport and deliver up to 25 customer orders daily. Maintain safe loading and unloading ordered goods. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes and receipts. Communicate with customers and team members regarding your schedule or on road issues. Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Assist with warehouse duties when required.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Valid driving licence with a clean driving record You must be 25 years or more with 2 years driving experience. Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with London suburbs, routes and traffic patterns is beneficial. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service. Flexibility to work varied hours as needed, including early mornings or late evenings. Ability to communicate in Portuguese will be an advantage.
