Job Description
Purpose:
To promptly and conscientiously deliver prescription items to private
houses, nursing and residential homes.
Reports to:
Pharmacy ManagerKey responsibilities:
To collect prescriptions from the Pharmacy and deliver to patients as detailed in the standard operating procedure. To ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed to ensure an audit trail is available You may be asked to pick up Prescriptions from other Pharmacies in the area To work to high standards of customer service To presenting a professional image of the Company by acting as an ambassador. To ensure all company procedures and protocols are followed. To respect the confidentiality of information concerning customers and adhere to the Data Protection Act. To complete any mandatory training. The above list is not exhaustive. You may be required to perform other duties, those deemed reasonable by your Manager.
Personal specification:
Driving licence with no more than 6 points
Good attention to detail and high levels of concentration.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Excellent team working skills..
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
