Job Description
Templar Wines is a medium sized wine business based in Poole, Dorset. We are collaborative, social, professional and our goal is to be the leading Wine Merchant on The South Coast, specialising in supplying wines to restaurants and hotels along the Jurassic coast.
Responsibilities:
Deliver wine in a professional and friendly manner to both ours and the customers satisfaction
Move goods from one location to another.
Help relocate wine within the depot
Help with goods inwards
Help with picking orders for goods out
Whilst the role is part time a degree of flexibility is required especially at peak periods and covering for Holidays. However, a normal week would be Tuesday to Fridays 9.00-16.00pm. Total hours per month average around 100.
Experience useful but not essential. Knowledge of wine a benefit. Fork lift truck experience, stock control, initiative, an organised mind, a positive demeanour and flexible attitude required to work with a small team. A full Driving License with less than 4 penalty points is essential. Full training given.

Summary
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to designated locations. You will also leverage relevant skills such as effective communication, warehouse experience, and the ability to perform repetitive lifting, For info, wine weighs approx 15kg per dozen.
