We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries. Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles, including vans, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Deliver goods to clients and customers across designated routes in a timely manner. Load and unload items, often requiring heavy lifting and manual handling. Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, including obtaining signatures and updating delivery logs. Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure optimal operation. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that arise during transit. Follow health and safety protocols at all times during deliveries.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role involving commercial driving. Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record. Experience with warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting when required, demonstrating physical fitness. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Familiarity with local routes and navigation tools is preferred. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
