About the Role

Part-time, permanent position with an immediate start available. Schedule:
- Thursday: 5.00am start - 11.00am finish
- Friday: 5.00am start - 10am finish

Saturday working will be required during the first 6 weeks. After this period, there may be opportunities to pick up additional shifts from time to time to cover Holidays. A responsible and varied role supporting our shops and wholesale customers. You'll represent the Production Team and the Cranstons brand during every delivery

What You'll Do

As a Cranstons Van Driver, you'll be responsible for ensuring our products are delivered safely, accurately and on time. Your duties will include:

Loading the van each morning at our Production Centre in Penrith Delivering and unloading products to the correct shops and wholesale customers Handling paperwork and ensuring deliveries match the correct routes and documentation Taking payments from customers where required Providing friendly, professional customer service at every stop Communicating promptly about any delays, issues or changes to schedule Returning the van to the Production Centre and ensuring it is cleaned and ready for the next journey, including use of cleaning equipment such as a pressure washer

What You'll Need

A valid manual driving licence Confidence driving a van and following planned delivery routes A friendly and professional approach to customer service Good attention to detail and accuracy with deliveries and paperwork Ability to lift and carry deliveries, including some heavier items Reliability, punctuality and a positive, can-do attitude Ability to join our Holiday Cover Rota, picking up occasional extra shifts to help the team
