Delivery Driver/ Retail
Job Description
We are currently seeking a sales person / delivery driver to join our team at Quality Beds Ltd in Aspley, Nottingham. A small family run business who have been providing every style of bed to the general public since 1980.
Main Duties:
Sell products in store including beds, mattresses, headboards, bed frames, electric beds/chairs
Become an expert in our products in order to help customers with their purchases including giving advice
Two person delivery of heavy items to customers
Provide excellent customer service
Taking delivery of stock
Loading/unloading of heavy items
Drive 4m Mercedes Sprinter van
Maintain records
Other general duties including general housekeeping
Requirements of the role:
MUST HAVE FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE
Previous sales/delivery experience beneficial but not essential as it's more important that you are friendly and hardworking Able to work off own initiative Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a drive to succeed Professional and reliable Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team Positive can-do attitude Good time management Must be able to follow instructions GSCE or equivalent in Maths/EnglishFull training given
35 hrs per week over 7 days
Starting salary 25K
