Delivery Driver - Mercedes Sprinter & MUST have C + E (Class 1) licence

R & J Yorkshires Finest Farmers & Butchers are a family run business established in 1978 and we pride ourselves on Quality, Consistency and No Compromise. Due to expansion and the increasing growth of the company we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person to join our team. As a Catering Butcher we supply Top Dining Establishments throughout Yorkshire and the North East so are seeking a key team player to assist in the daily running of the business and to be an ambassador for R & J Yorkshires Finest Farmers & Butchers.

R & J Yorkshire's Finest Logistics was established in 2024 and is growing from strength to strength with nationwide low loader haulage and therefore the need for an HGV Class 1 licence.

Person Specification

Full Driving license including Class C + E

Organised, methodical approach with excellent attention to detail

Computer Literate

Physically fit and able to lift heavy weights

Flexible with hours

Polite, friendly, reliable and responsible

Motivated and good team player

Taking pride in their appearance and proud to wear the company uniform

Taking pride in driving the company vehicles with daily cleaning regimes being followed

Able to use own initiative regarding routes should a diversion occur during a run

Competent at checking off deliveries, handling money and customer keys etc

Working with the rest of the team to ensure that R & J runs smoothly and efficiently

Full Training will be provided.

Guideline Working Hours;

Minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Approx. times may vary depending on route and seasonal variation.
