About the Role

You will begin as a

Cover Driver

, covering different routes daily. A company van, insurance, and fuel are provided. Please note that training is unpaid.

Areas Covered

Central, North, South, and West London, plus:
Oxford, Guildford, Sutton, Croydon, Woking, Kingston, High Wycombe, Epsom, Wokingham, Reading, Crawley, Aylesbury, Slough, Redhill, Wimbledon

Loading Point:

Ruislip

Typical Working Day

Approx. 10 hours per day

Two routes daily:

Morning: 15-30 deliveries (start 6:00-7:30, finish 11:30-13:00) Afternoon: 15-25 deliveries (start 13:00-15:00, finish 17:00-18:00) Routes paired in/around London Van kept overnight after the afternoon route

Responsibilities

Deliver sensitive pharmaceutical items safely and on time Represent SRS professionally with customers Use scanning devices and complete delivery paperwork Ensure stock security during transport Support team operations to maintain high service standards

Requirements

Full manual UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years and no more than 6 points) Reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented Basic literacy and numeracy skills Customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential) Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
