Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires excellent driving skills with valid UK based driving license.
Duties
Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations. Plan delivery routes to optimise efficiency and meet scheduled deadlines. Verify delivery details against orders and obtain signatures or proof of delivery from customers. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients regarding delivery schedules or issues. Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies during operations.
Requirements
No experience is required Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record. Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. A person must be punctual with the duties of delivery
