Goldchem Pharmacy is a high-volume, community-focused pharmacy providing reliable, patient-centred services across Portsmouth. We pride ourselves on fast, accurate dispensing and exceptional customer care. We are seeking a dependable

Part-Time Delivery Driver in the afternoon (2:00-6:00pm)

to support safe and timely delivery of medications to our patients.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and courteous driver to deliver prescriptions to patients' homes, care facilities, and local partners. You will work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate handover and documentation of all medications.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver prescriptions safely and efficiently across Portsmouth and surrounding areas Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain patient signatures Handle medications with care, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism Communicate clearly with the pharmacy team about delivery status or issues Follow all road safety laws and adhere to pharmacy SOPs Provide excellent customer service and represent Goldchem Pharmacy positively

Requirements

Full UK driving licence

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling confidential medical items Professional and courteous with patients

Ability to occasionally work until 7:30pm

for urgent deliveries (advance notice whenever possible)
Previous delivery or healthcare experience is helpful but not essential.
