Driver Trainer

to help shape the next generation of delivery drivers.

What's the Role?

As a Driver Trainer, your primary focus will be to onboard and train new drivers to ensure they meet the high standards expected by our global partner across all routes. You'll deliver parcels and lead by example, conducting:

Day 1 Ridealong:

Driver shadows you to observe best practice.

Day 2 Ridealong:

You shadow the driver and give feedback/coaching.

What We're Looking For:

Someone who is not only a strong delivery driver, but who thrives on building others up. You should be:

Currently delivering parcels for a recognised provider (e.g. Amazon, DPD, etc) Able to prove a consistent

Fantastic

or above scorecard rating Energetic, reliable, and positive-minded Passionate about training and coaching A good communicator, comfortable giving feedback Someone who leads by example and sets the tone for new hires

Weekly Payment

- Daily rate 121.50 + incentives (+ VAT)

What You Need

Full UK or EU Driving Licence (Max 6 points; no DR, IN, TT, or MS endorsements) Right to work in the UK Able to pass a criminal background check Physically fit - able to lift parcels and handle high-volume deliveries At least 1 year of van driving experience
