What you'll be doing:



As a Delivery Driver Trainer, you'll provide engaging and informative training sessions to help our delivery drivers carry out their duties safely, efficiently, and in line with legal and company requirements. Your training will focus on areas including:

Safe and compliant delivery of shipments Correct manual handling techniques Vehicle checks and defect reporting On-road behaviour and driving safety Personal safety and customer care Understanding and following traffic regulations You'll deliver training remotely and occasionally in person, using interactive methods and digital platforms to ensure maximum impact.

Your responsibilities will include:



Delivering remote presentations and interactive training activities Assessing and supporting driver learners, ensuring key skills and safety procedures are understood and followed Monitoring and recording training participation and effectiveness Responding to training queries and supporting course attendees Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of delivery operations and training practices Collaborating with internal teams to enhance training and safety standards

What we're looking for:



Essential:



A full, valid driving licence Proven experience delivering training, coaching, or teaching (ideally digitally or remotely) Excellent communication and presentation skills Confidence with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Strong organisation and time management skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable:



Experience within the delivery/automotive industry or social work
A keen eye for detail and a passion for qualityExperience working with digital training tools
