Job Title: Delivery Manager

Location: Reading & WFH

Hey there!

We\'re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our fantastic team on a 6 month-contract, in the telecommunication industry.

As a Delivery Manager, your role will ensure our products and services\' successful implementation and delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless project delivery

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any issues or bottlenecks and taking proactive measures to address them

- Coordinate with external vendors or partners involved in project delivery- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and manage their expectations

- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned for future projects

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Delivery Manager within the telecommunication industry is highly desirable

- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail- Solid understanding of telecommunication technologies and industry trends

- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure
