About the role





As

Delivery Support Manager

in our Multi-Level Testing (MLT) team, you will support the efficient, effective, and customer-focused delivery of English language tests like Linguaskill. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvements, and help ensure our processes meet the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your eye for detail, your drive for process excellence, and your passion for improving education worldwide.



Key responsibilities include:


Supporting day-to-day delivery operations across examiner management, customer communications, and candidate feedback. Managing documentation, updating training platforms, and assisting with complaints and compliance. Coordinating marking and results activities, including malpractice reviews and appeals processing. Collaborating with internal teams and external centres to ensure seamless test delivery. Contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.



About you





You're a confident communicator with a logical mindset, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership. You thrive under pressure, adapt quickly to change, and enjoy working collaboratively to support others.



To succeed in this role, you'll need:


Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above, or relevant business experience Experience working across multiple systems and managing documented processes A background in providing excellent customer service and driving process improvements Strong data handling, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
