About the Role:



The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for creating and executing integrated campaigns that generate warm, qualified sales opportunities for strategic and key accounts. This role leads the development of account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation programmes, using HubSpot and Sales-i to identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects into sales-qualified leads (SQLs). Working closely with the content, sales, and events teams, the ABM Manager builds personalised campaigns that target specific market sectors and key decision-makers, delivering insight-led messaging that demonstrates ERIKS' technical value and supply chain expertise. This role is also responsible for organising and operating ERIKS Exhibitions at selected tradeshows.

Develop and manage ABM and demand generation strategies aligned with commercial and sector priorities Work with Think Tanks and business divisions to define high-value prospects by market sector Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, telemarketing, content, live events) to engage and nurture target accounts Own and manage marketing automation workflows within HubSpot to support lead nurturing, scoring, and conversion Coordinate outbound and inbound tactics to deliver a minimum of 30 sales-qualified leads (SQLs) per month Collaborate with content, digital, and events teams to develop campaign assets tailored to audience needs Manage ERIKS attendance, stand design, build along with preshow and post-show activity to ensure the optimum value is achieved from every event activity. Oversee telemarketing and internal lead qualification activity to progress MQLs to SQLs Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI using HubSpot and Sales-i Champion ABM best practices across the marketing team and act as the link between marketing and sales

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:



Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial, technical, or service-led sectors 3+ years running account-based marketing and/or demand generation campaigns Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation tools Familiarity with CRM platforms (Sales-i, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.) Experience working with sales teams to align marketing goals with commercial priorities Track record of delivering measurable growth through lead generation programmes
Essential Skills

Strategic campaign planning and project management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities Comfortable briefing and managing external agencies or SDRs Stakeholder management across Sales, Content, and Product teams Ability to juggle multiple campaigns while maintaining attention to detail
