Job Summary

The Sales Manager plays a vital role in driving the practice's sales and providing exceptional administrative support while enhancing the overall experience for clients and their families. This position involves receiving all new incoming clients, coordinating care services, managing schedules, and ensuring that all client needs are met with professionalism and compassion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all new clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered. Coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients and healthcare providers. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, care plans, and service updates in the office system. Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports as required by management. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence efficiently. Foster a welcoming environment for clients by providing exceptional customer service at all times. Excel in dental sales and being able to help drive the clinic forward.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). A compassionate approach towards client care, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and support while utilising their administrative skills in a rewarding environment.

There will be a basic pay of around 30,000-35,000 with a commission based bonus with an unlimited cap so the potential to earn a lot more.
