Dental Concierge / Qualified Dental Nurse - Hybrid Role at NuYu Dental and Aesthetics

Location: Cheltenham | Salary: 25,000 - 30,000+ (based on experience and qualifications) | full-time, including some Saturdays

Dental Concierge / Qualified Dental Nurse

to join our dynamic team. This unique hybrid role is ideal for a qualified dental nurse who also enjoys front-of-house responsibilities, delivering exceptional patient care both clinically and at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception / Concierge Duties:

Greet patients warmly and ensure a friendly, professional first impression Confidence to strike up conversations in our waiting area Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations Handle phone and email inquiries efficiently and professionally Maintain a clean, organised reception area Process payments and support billing queries Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and stock tracking

Clinical Nursing Duties:

Support clinicians chairside with procedures including general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry Maintain cross-infection control and adhere to best practice protocols Prepare surgeries and ensure clinical areas are well-stocked and sterilised Assist with digital scans, radiographs, and treatment planning workflows Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after treatment

About

You:

GDC-registered Qualified Dental Nurse Preferably 2+ years' experience in a clinical or patient-facing role Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Tech-savvy with experience in dental software and Microsoft Office Organised, proactive, and able to multitask across front-of-house and clinical duties Friendly, empathetic, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care Experience or interest in digital dentistry and cosmetic procedures is a bonus
