Job Description
Banning Dental Group is expanding its premium in-house digital laboratory, and we are looking for an experienced Lab Manager to lead Banning Lab at our flagship Blackfriars site.
This is a senior leadership role overseeing digital workflows, case quality, team performance, and communication with our growing network of dental clinics.
About the Role
As Lab Manager, you will:
Lead the day-to-day operations of Banning Lab
Manage a team of skilled technicians across ceramics, prosthetics, and digital
Oversee digital workflows (CAD/CAM, 3D printing, intraoral scans, Labzona)
Ensure exceptional quality and timely turnaround for all BDG clinics
Act as the main technical point of contact for clinicians
Manage stock, equipment, suppliers, and quality systems
Ensure full compliance with GDC, MHRA, and H&S standards
What We're Looking For
GDC Registered Dental Technician (required)
Minimum 5 years' dental lab experience
Strong digital dentistry knowledge (CAD/CAM, 3D printing)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
High-level experience with ceramics, implants, and complex restorative cases
Ability to manage workflow, quality, and team performance
Experience in a modern digital lab environment
