The Role
As a Dental Lab Admin Assistant, you will work hands-on in a new lab facility within a small, collaborative team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the excellent and timely delivery of solutions to patients, covering for team members when needed, and contributing to monthly production reports. You'll play a key role in supporting the wider team while aligning with our Vision, Values, and Mission.
Your routine responsibilities will include:
3D printing models.
Process orders
Take phone calls and liaise with clients about lab orders via call and email
Liaising with the lab administrator to manage files for printing or CAM milling.
Preparing and setting STL files for CAM.
Staining, glazing, and processing production pieces.
Packing and boxing items for delivery to clients.
Maintaining a clean workplace with hoovering and keeping clean work surfaces
Travelling to local dental clinics to discuss and advertise the laboratory
maintaining regular social media posts and content
Work Schedule
This role offers flexible hours based on business needs, typically five days per week, with eight-hour shifts.
Due to the nature of the work, reliability, trustworthiness, and empathy are essential. Some travel may be required for initial training or company meetings.
There will be some days at the start where you are working on your own and other days with team members
