Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily lab operations, including scheduling, workflow optimisation, and production timelines.
Supervise and support technicians across various departments.
Maintain quality control protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Contribute to case planning.

Digital Workflow Management
Lead the integration and utilisation of CAD/CAM systems, digital scanners (e.g., 3Shape, iTero), 3D printers, and milling equipment.
Troubleshoot digital systems and ensure software updates and maintenance schedules are followed.
Collaborate with clinicians on digital case planning and design.
Quality Assurance
Implement and maintain quality control protocols to ensure consistent and accurate results.
Review case work for precision, aesthetics, and fit.
Client & Vendor Relations
Liaise with clinicians to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve case issues.
Maintain inventory and supply chain relationships for lab materials, equipment, and digital components.
Staff Development
Train staff on digital tools and techniques; foster continuous learning and professional development.
Manage team performance, conduct evaluations, and coordinate staffing needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years' experience in a dental laboratory, including 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
Proficient with digital dental technologies: CAD/CAM software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape), 3D printing, and scanning systems.
Extensive knowledge and hands on experience with All-On-X full arch restorations and C&B
Strong understanding of dental materials, prosthetic design, and laboratory techniques.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
