Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dental Lab Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laboratory. Uniqa is an award-winning, private laboratory established over a decade ago with a reputation for restorative skills and a customer-focused approach. We implement a digital workflow and work with the latest products and equipment. The laboratory itself is spacious, modern and fully air-conditioned, with all the digital technology required.

This would be the ideal job for someone with a lot of experience, but who wants to step back from the bench and focus more on the organisational and QC part of the job.

What we are looking for:



Full-time Lab Manager & QC Lead with extensive understanding of every step of the manufacturing process in a busy dental lab (including but not limited to ceramic layering, metal work, implant systems, full arch cases, smile design and make over) Strong organisational, communication and client-management skills High level of expertise and attention to detail. Able to identify potential problems and constantly look how to improve the laboratory output Over a decade of experience in a busy dental laboratory

Responsibilities



Lead and mentor a team of experienced technicians Oversee the day-to-day work in the lab, ensuring workflow efficiency, timely delivery and adherence to safety protocols Be the main point of contact for dentists, addressing concerns and ensuring seamless collaboration Maintain high industry standards and be the main QC for the Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records of laboratory activities Conduct regular audits of laboratory processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Maintain inventory of implant parts Ensure the timely and appropriate maintenance of the lab equipment and tools and supervise the cleanliness and safety of the work environment

Qualifications



10+ years of experience in a dental laboratory setting, Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration with team members and dentists Experience with CAD/CAM systems and laboratory technologies is preferred Good understanding of lab-specific IT systems and software and high-precision dental equipment is an advantage Prior management experience is a plus, but leadership skills and a commitment to excellence are essential
