Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dental Nurse/Trainee Dental Nurse to join our growing dental practice. As a Dental Nurse, you will work closely with the dentist to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatments and procedures. Taking and developing dental radiographs (x-rays). Sterilising instruments and equipment. Preparing and maintaining dental instruments, materials and supplies. Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care. Monitoring and managing dental equipment and inventory. Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Supporting administrative duties, including maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a dental nurse is a bonus. Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilisation methods. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organisation skills. Familiarity with dental software is a plus.
Education and Certification:

Completion of an accredited dental nursing program. Registered Dental Nurse certification. Current CPR certification.
