We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our specialist orthodontic practice to work Thursdays & Fridays. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming environment for our patients while managing the administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of our orthodontic practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrating excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression of the practice.
Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments as necessary.
Handle patient inquiries in person and over the phone and by email, providing accurate information about services and procedures.
Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring all information is up to date.
Process patient payments.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the practice.

Requirements
Previous experience preferred but not essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
High level of organisational skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and dental software applications is an advantage but training will be given.
Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Pay rate negotiated on level of experience.
