About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised

Dental Practice Manager

to lead and support our busy dental practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and support the dental team while maintaining a positive and productive working environment Manage appointment schedules, patient records, and clinical workflows to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations Oversee financial processes such as billing, invoicing, budgeting, and preparing financial reports Handle HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, staff training, performance reviews, and staff wellbeing Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of infection control and hygiene throughout the practice Develop, review, and implement practice policies and procedures to continually improve service delivery Liaise with suppliers and manage stock levels, equipment procurement, and maintenance Deliver excellent customer service, addressing patient needs professionally to support high patient satisfaction Monitor key practice performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality

Experiences:

Experience as a Dental Practice Manager or senior dental admin role is essential Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Understanding of NHS and private dentistry processes (preferred) Confident using dental practice software such as dentally Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with staff and patients
