We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Manager to join our well-established and forward-thinking dental practice in Birmingham, near the city centre. The surgery has a great reputation for its patient care and aims to provide a supportive environment for the development of all the dental team.

The role

salary depending on experience Full-time position available This is a great opportunity for those who have good knowledge of CQC Standards, clinical governance, Denplan and NHS Excellent opportunities and progression to grow and develop your skills Good competence working with SOE To run the clinic effectively Supervising all banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation and debt management Great Knowledge in clinical systems and processes To support practices and staff in managing complaints and incidents and encourage an open learning environment that promotes good quality patient care Carry out Dentist 1-2-1's and ensure an high level of engagement through peer reviews Line management responsibility for dental receptionists and dental nurses, including responsibility for appraisal and personal development Run a development initiative for dentists.
