We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our state of the art private dental practice in Brentford. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of both clinical and administrative functions within a dental environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our practice runs smoothly, providing high-quality patient care while maintaining an efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the dental team, ensuring all staff members are trained and performing their duties effectively. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and accounting practices to maintain the financial health of the practice. Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations. Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction. Manage inventory and ordering of dental supplies and equipment as needed. Address patient concerns and feedback promptly to uphold a positive practice reputation.

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or dental setting is essential. Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Proficiency in financial management to oversee budgeting and accounting processes. Knowledge of human resources practices, including staff recruitment and training. Previous dental experience is advantageous but not mandatory; however, an understanding of clinical operations is beneficial.
