Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dental practice Lead and support the dental team, ensuring high standards of care and compliance Manage rotas, HR, performance, and training Maintain CQC and Health & Safety compliance Monitor budgets, targets, and patient experience Handle marketing, social media, and patient communication

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in dental or healthcare management (essential) Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of CQC standards and dental compliance Organised, proactive, and a great problem solver Familiarity with dental software systems (e.g. SOE/Exact - desirable)
