We are seeking a skilled Dental Practice Manager to join our team in the West Midlands. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our practice, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient management of resources. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dental practice to ensure smooth functioning Manage staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed Develop and implement financial strategies for budgeting and cost control Coordinate human resources activities including recruitment and training Ensure compliance with health regulations and practice policies Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and patient satisfaction Monitor patient feedback to enhance service quality Collaborate with dentists and specialists to optimize patient care

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a dental or healthcare setting Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of human resources practices is preferred Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with dental software and practice management systems is an advantage
