Quality Dental Group, is looking for an energetic Practice Manager to work in a fantastic practice in Brighton.

are looking to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to provide full-time support to a 5-surgery mixed private and NHS practice, recently renovated. The practice is well established with processes and procedures already in place and a supportive team. The practice is located in the heart of Brighton.

Desirable applicants will have experience in the running of a dental practice.

You will have:

At least one years' experience within the dental industry Have proven practice management skills Have good financial skills and able to manage costs Excellent people management skills and be familiar with HR regulations and procedures Be familiar with CQC requirements Have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in dealing with both staff and patients. Have good computer skills and be able to work with SOE, Word and Excel

We pay for:

We fully support training by providing CPD access and all staff members have an opportunity to excel and develop GDC Fees Paid (if relevant) Free Dental CPD Funding, Development and Training grants available for courses This is a permanent, full time position to start ASAP.
