We are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded
Dental Practice Manager
to lead our private practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of private dentistry, business performance, and team leadership to shape a high-performing, patient-focused practice from the ground up.
Your Responsibilites
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of dental professionals, fostering a high-performance, patient-focused culture.
Drive business growth through patient retention, private treatment plans, and service excellence.
Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to maximise practice performance and profitability.
Ensure strict compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements for private dentistry.
Maintain high standards of patient care, experience, and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Manager, ideally in a private dentistry setting.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and business performance.
Excellent knowledge of CQC compliance, private dentistry regulations, and industry best practices.
Exceptional organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
A passion for patient care combined with a focus on driving growth and profitability.

From 35,000 - negotiable depending on experience

Full-time. Mondays to Thursdays 7:30am to 5:30pm, Fridays 7:30am to 3:30pm
