Care. As an established practice for over 25 years in a beautiful easily accessible location, we are on a journey moving towards becoming a world-class dental practice with cutting edge technology. We are a values driven family dental practice and pride ourselves in having some of the best clinicians in the North-West undertaking a full range of treatments.

Over the last 12 months we have been going through an initial phase of development which included, rebranding, site refurbishment and investing in the latest clinical technology.

We are excited about entering the next phase, which will include growth and development on a foundation of excellence.

We require a Practice Development Manager!

For the right person this is an incredible opportunity! We are looking for a peoples person with management experience and a growth mindset. Ethical, willing to learn and develop, able to show initiative and work closely with the business owner. The right person, will have excellent organisational skills, be competent in using MS Office and can show a positive attitude and mindset.

The successful candidate will work in a conducive environment with a fantastic team.
Your salary will be commensurate with your experience, with a yearly salary review, entrance on to the practice bonus scheme and access to the practice private health insurance scheme.

Key Responsibilities



1. Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage staff members, including dental assistants, hygienists, receptionists, and other administrative staff. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

2. Patient Satisfaction: Ensure patients receive high-quality care and are satisfied with their experience at the practice. Respond to patient complaints and resolve issues promptly.

3. Financial Management: Oversee financial operations of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and collections. Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure the practice operates within budget. Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for growth and cost-saving measures.

4. Compliance: Ensure the practice complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including CQC requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Develop and maintain processes required.

5. Marketing and Growth Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and increase revenue. Identify opportunities to expand services or improve efficiency.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
