We are seeking an enthusiastic

Dental Practice Manager

to lead our dedicated team and help us continue to grow and deliver excellence. This is a key leadership role that requires a confident, organised, and people-focused individual with a passion for patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the practice Manage and support the clinical and reception teams Maintain compliance Drive practice performance including patient satisfaction, staff well-being and financial targets Handle HR tasks such as recruitment, appraisals, and training Coordinate marketing and business development activities Ensure the highest standards of patient service and clinical excellence

About You:

Experience as a Dental Practice Manager (or similar healthcare management role) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills A proactive and solutions-focused mindset Knowledge of private dental practice operations preferred Familiarity with dental software systems desirable

Pay: From 30,225.00 per year
