Dental Practice Manager

to lead and support our team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

The Role:

As our Dental Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the practice. From team management and patient care coordination to compliance and finance, your leadership will play a key role in delivering excellent service and promoting a positive, productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and support the dental team, including reception and clinical staff Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice Maintain compliance with all CQC and GDC regulations, health & safety, and data protection policies Manage staff rotas, holidays, recruitment, and HR matters Oversee financial processes including budgets, invoicing, and performance targets Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally Drive practice growth through effective marketing and patient engagement strategies Work closely with clinicians and support a high standard of patient care and service
About You:

Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare management role Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Confident with compliance, financial management, and HR responsibilities A positive, proactive approach and the ability to motivate a team Knowledge of dental software (e.g. SOE, Dentally) is an advantage A background in dentistry, nursing, or healthcare is desirable
