We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager with excellent leadership and organisational skills to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the practice and support our continued growth and success.

Role Overview

As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a skilled clinical and administrative team, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of the practice. This is a key leadership role for someone with a proven track record in dental practice management who thrives in a professional, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day operations within the dental practice Lead, motivate, and support the dental and front-of-house teams Ensure full compliance with CQC, GDC, HTM 01-05, and other regulatory standards Manage HR functions including recruitment, performance reviews, and staff training Maintain exceptional standards of patient care and customer service Manage budgets, financial reporting, and practice performance targets Drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally and empathetically Work closely with clinicians and owners to achieve strategic and operational goals
About You

Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager (minimum 3 years required) Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth understanding of dental compliance, CQC regulations, and clinical governance Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Financially astute with experience managing budgets and reporting performance Confident using dental software systems (e.g. dentally , or similar) Positive, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure
