Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic full time practice manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. Previous experience desirable but training provided.

The ideal candidate must be friendly, organised and approachable, have leadership qualities, good communication skills and able to multitask.

Fully digital 7 surgery clinic , with general and cosmetic dentistry, specialist referral clinic, and facial aesthetics suites.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our practice runs smoothly, providing exceptional service to our patients while managing a team of dental professionals.

Duties



Supervise and manage the dental team, ensuring high standards of patient care and service. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable. Implement and maintain efficient office procedures to enhance workflow. Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as dental industry standards. Develop strategies to improve patient satisfaction and practice growth. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for necessary dental supplies and equipment. Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a dental or veterinary practice is preferred. Strong skills in financial management, including budgeting and accounting practices. Excellent human resources knowledge, particularly in recruitment and staff development. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Familiarity with dental software systems is an advantage. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.

Pay: 27,455.09-44,762.78 per year
