We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of Massetts Road Dental Practice, our current manager is retiring.
We are a 5 surgery dental practice that is growing.
You must have experience in the dental field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth practice management, maintaining high standards of patient care, and leading a team of dental professionals.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of dental staff, including receptionists, dental hygienists, and assistants
Manage the financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting
Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, staff training, and performance appraisals
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of infection control
Organise appointment scheduling to optimise patient flow and minimise waiting times
Handle patient enquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints professionally
Maintain accurate records of patient information and practice documentation
Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the practice within the community
Assist with reception duties if needed
3- 4 days at the practice
Qualifications
Experience in the dental setting
Strong management and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Experience in financial management, including budgeting and billing procedures
Knowledge of human resources practices relevant to healthcare environments
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude

Pay: 23,714.05-33,280.00 per year
