This role requires experience in both dentistry and management. The successful candidate will be expected to oversee the day-to-day functioning of a dental practice by effectively managing the staff, and will also be required to develop business plans, run marketing campaigns and find ways to accommodate new patient needs. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is dedicated to providing patients with top quality dental care, and who can handle administrative duties with ease.
Responsibilities:
Maintain clear accounts of practice financials on a monthly basis.
Work with the practice administrator to manage all affiliations with third party payers.
Manage the ongoing accreditation with the national accrediting organization.
Prepare reports on practice performance for clients.
Manage advertising and marketing for the practice.
Co-ordinate resources to ensure that all patients have a positive experience at the practice.
Co-ordinate regulatory compliance, including tracking state registration and/or licensure and maintaining a database of records.
Maintain effective communication with staff members.
Co-ordinate staff rotas
Cover desk and other duties when required

Pay: 28,384.00-34,000.00 per year
