Job Description
We are a progressive dental group with multiple practices across Ayrshire and Glasgow. Our focus is on delivering excellent patient care while driving operational efficiency and growth. To support our Operations / Financial Manager and Marketing Manager, we are seeking an experienced Practice Manager who can balance operational leadership with financial oversight and patient journey optimisation.
The Role
As Practice Manager, you will:
Oversee daily operations and staff management. Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial/KPI reports. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement campaigns and ensure all patient leads are tracked, followed up, and converted. Audit and provide feedback on reception/TCO performance in lead handling, recall booking, email collection, and campaign compliance. Ensure patient journeys are delivered consistently from enquiry to aftercare. Drive KPI performance across reception and nursing teams using multi-practice reporting tools. Maintain compliance standards and prepare for inspections.
What We're Looking For
Experience in dental/healthcare management with strong operational and financial skills. Excellent team leadership and communication abilities. Ability to work with KPIs and reporting systems. Knowledge of marketing/lead conversion processes in a clinical environment. Organised, proactive, and motivated to improve patient and staff experience.
