Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our amazing dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of both financial management and human resources.

Duties

Manage and supervise all aspects of the dental practice, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable. Coordinate human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for staff members. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff. Maintain effective communication with patients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of dental supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing a dental practice. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Excellent financial management skills with experience in budgeting and accounting practices. Proficient in human resources management, including recruitment and employee relations. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and staff alike.
