What You'll Be Doing:

Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy, patient-focused dental practice. Managing budgets, billing, and financial reporting to keep the practice running smoothly. Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and performance development for a talented team. Creating and refining policies to improve efficiency and service quality. Building a positive, supportive work culture that encourages growth and teamwork. Ensuring exceptional patient experiences through clear communication and responsive care. Monitoring inventory and coordinating supply orders to keep everything running seamlessly. Partnering with dental professionals to uphold the highest standards of clinical care.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing a dental practice. Strong leadership and team management skills. Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and accounting. HR expertise, especially in recruitment and employee relations. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Clear and confident communication skills -- with both patients and staff. A genuine commitment to delivering top-tier patient care.
