We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our dental clinic. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can streamline office workflows, ensure exceptional patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties
Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure smooth daily functions
Supervise administrative staff and clinical team members, providing leadership in human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
Ensure CQC compliance and oversee audits/inspections
Timesheet management and rota coordination
Maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery
Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager/ Clinical Lead role
Strong supervisory skills with a track record of leading teams effectively.
Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, HR, and practice management
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Confident, approachable, and patient-focused
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask across administrative and clinical responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships among staff members while maintaining high standards of patient care
