Dental Practice Manager,

to join Europe's leading provider of Invisalign at our reputable and award winning company IB4U, located out of Dentozen on Park Place in Leeds.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge Commercial drive; planning & driving initiatives designed to improve revenue for the practice, in line with KPI measurables which you'll have full access to review Deal promptly with issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions Deliver staff training & development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing

About the role:

We are looking for a full-time practice manager for this opportunity

Our practice is open Monday-Friday, as well as Saturdays & Sundays. We do require our Practice Manager to be able to provide support on some weekends as they are business critical days

Highly competitive salary from 40K, + a performance related bonus & other benefits are on offer, varying dependent upon prior experience & qualifications

About you:

We are looking for a candidate with a Dental Management background, in either mixed or private dentistry

Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5 star patient experience Commerciality is key! We are looking for a candidate who is confident in leading on practice performance calls, reviewing their own P&L accounts and implementing strategies to ensure improvements are made Experience with managing compliance systems and CQC Dentally software experience is preferrable DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
