We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of medical office management, and proficiency with dental practice management software. This role requires a professional who can ensure efficient clinic functioning, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a positive environment for both staff and patients. The Practice Manager will be instrumental in coordinating administrative functions, managing financial aspects, and supporting clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Duties
Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient service
Supervise administrative staff, providing leadership in human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure proper scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation
Oversee medical administrative support functions including medical records management, billing, coding, and insurance claims processing
Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Ensure clinic adheres to safety protocols and maintains a clean, organized environment in accordance with healthcare standards
Assist in strategic planning for practice growth and development
Skills
Proven experience in medical office or dental office management with a strong understanding of healthcare operations
Proficiency with dental practice management software
Supervisory experience leading administrative or clinical teams within a healthcare setting
Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, vendors, and insurance providers
Ability to handle human resources functions including staffing, training, and conflict resolution
