Practice Manager - Private Dental Practice

We're seeking a dedicated

Practice Manager

to strengthen our team, elevate the patient experience, and support the continuous development of our busy, forward-thinking practice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide effective leadership to the team, ensuring exceptional patient care is delivered consistently. Oversee daily operations and ensure the practice runs smoothly, safely and in line with compliance standards. Manage and enhance the patient journey, supporting the practice's performance targets and growth plans. Foster a professional, positive and patient-centred environment for staff and patients alike. Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to maintain high operational standards.

About You

Organised, proactive and confident in handling challenges with a solution-focused mindset. A strong leader who can inspire and guide a team. Experienced in customer service, ideally within healthcare or dentistry. Skilled communicator with strong IT, verbal and written abilities. Passionate about delivering high standards and contributing to practice success.

Salary:

14.50 to 16.50 per hour (depending on experience). Bonus scheme in place.
