We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our veterinary practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for animal care, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to both pets and their owners. This role requires a blend of managerial expertise, financial acumen, and human resources capabilities to foster a positive work environment and enhance practice efficiency.

Responsibilities



Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring high standards of care and service. Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance management of staff. Implement financial management practices to monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue generation. Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to improve workflow and enhance patient care. Foster a positive team culture through effective communication, support, and professional development opportunities. Liaise with veterinary staff to ensure seamless collaboration between departments for optimal patient outcomes. Manage client relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.

Skills



Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a veterinary or healthcare setting is essential. Strong understanding of human resources practices including recruitment, training, and employee relations. Excellent financial management skills with the ability to analyse budgets and financial reports effectively. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.

Pay: 32,870.00-43,406.00 per year
