We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the practice runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills, financial management expertise, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
The role may be ideal for someone with Dental nursing/TCO background wanting to further their career.
Duties
Supervise and manage the dental team, ensuring high standards of patient care and staff performance.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and managing accounts receivable.
Handle human resources responsibilities such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff members.
Develop and implement practice policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain compliance with health regulations and dental industry standards.
Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure optimal patient flow within the practice.
Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner to foster positive relationships.
Monitor inventory levels of dental supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Participate in business promotional , marketing and community networking activities
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in supervising a team within dental setting .
Strong financial management skills with the ability to analyse budgets and financial reports effectively.
Excellent human resources capabilities, including conflict resolution and staff development.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using dental practice management software and other relevant technology.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff alike.
