Dental Practice Manager - Hammersmith, London (W6)

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager to join our well-established mixed practice in the heart of Hammersmith. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role in a modern, forward-thinking dental clinic with a supportive team and a loyal patient base.

About the Role:

Full-time position Managing a busy mixed NHS and private dental practice Leading and supporting the dental team to maintain high standards of patient care and compliance Overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff management, patient relations, and scheduling Ensuring smooth and efficient running of the practice in line with CQC and NHS guidelines
What We're Looking For:

Previous dental practice management experience is essential Strong understanding of NHS contracts, targets, and regulations GDC registration is preferred but not essential Excellent knowledge of CQC compliance and dental governance Strong leadership and people management skills Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure Proficient in Dentally software or similar systems
