We are looking for a Dental Practice Manager to manage our practices located in SE London. Working between the 2 sites, you will manage the HR and practice operations, and lead the practice team to deliver its goals.

The Role


This role would suit a candidate with previous dental management experience who is seeking career progression and a role with more variety and responsibility
- Identify, create, and assess metrics used to understand the operational and financial health of the business and drive improvement.
- Achieve key deliverables including business growth targets, managing budgets (including profit and loss) and all operational aspects.
- Daily practice operations
- Line management responsibility for dental receptionists and dental nurses, including responsibility for ensuring practice compliance with all Health and Safety and CQC requirements.
- Recruitment, onboarding, training, 1-1s and appraisals.
- Supporting the clinical team to deliver their objectives.
- Supervising financial procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation and debt management.
- Monitoring & improving business KPI's
- Providing reports required by the company to facilitate the smooth operation of the practice.
- Delivering practice targets for NHS and private care.
